1. Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Performance parts (strictly no returns or refunds on any performance-related items, including but not limited to engine upgrades, ECUs, clutches, suspension kits, or custom-fit components)

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Electrical items that have been unsealed or installed

    • Sale or clearance items


2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return:

  • Approval:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll confirm if it’s approved and send detailed return instructions.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.


3. Refunds

  • Inspection:
    All returns are inspected once received. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable:
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
